Below you will find our refund policies, which are different depending on the type of product or services you purchase. We stand behind the products and services we sell and guarantee that we deliver with complete and successful project.
Event Services includes but not limited to Hotel booking, Internet Device Booking, Travel Bookings and Furniture Rentals.
Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 6 to 14 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 5 days to the event will incur a 100% fee. Hotel booking or any other tickets issued by MSD will not be refunded if no show. Defective Internet device should be reported immediately at the time of collection otherwise refund cannot be processed. Once transaction has been completed refund cannot be processed.
Exhibition and Technology Services includes but not limited to Exhibition Stand Building, Kiosk, Activation Set up, Technology Services, Photobooth, Content Creation and etc.
Exhibitor shall have the right to cancel Exhibition agreement at any time by written notice to Mind Spirit Design. In the event of such cancellation received up to 90 calendar days prior to the Event, Mind Spirit Design shall refund 80% of Exhibition fees. Mind Spirit Design shall refund 50% of Exhibition fees on cancellations received between 60-89 calendar days prior to the Event. No refund will be made on cancellations received within 59 calendar days of the Event. All cancellations must be sent in writing (signed and stamp) via e-mail to Mind Spirit Design at: email@example.com or directly to the account manager assigned to them. Upon signing the Delivery note confirms that the client receives the stand without any issues and they accept full responsibility in the stand, kiosk and/or activation set up. The client has the full rights to claim a discount of up to 10% of the total invoice in case Mind Spirit Design & Works fails to completely deliver the agreed project.
Photography and Videography
Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 to 14 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours to the event will incur a 60% fee.
Due to the nature of digital photography and videography and the fact that photographs and video clips, once sent, cannot be returned; MSD has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client selected and paid for the photo and video and then MSD sent the client the correct Photo and Videos files) it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will not be given due to “not liking the photo or video”, sudden change of photo and video brief, or any other reason.
We encourage all clients to contact us if there is an issue with the products/services received. All transactions will appear on your credit card statements as “XXXXX”. If a refund has been issued, please allow up to 20 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account. Issuing banks have different timeframes for posting refunds to your account; therefore, you may not see the funds posted to your account despite the fact that we have processed the refund. For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after they are processed.
